3. Rental Period

5. Prohibited & Restricted Materials
Customers are strictly prohibited from placing the following items into dumpsters:

- Chemicals, solvents, oils, or paint
- Batteries, tires, or automotive fluids
- Medical or biological waste
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Explosives, flammable materials, or pressurized containers
Placing prohibited items may result in additional fees, fines, or legal liability. The customer assumes full responsibility for improper disposal.
6. Dumpster Use & Placement
The dumpster must be used only for lawful purposes and approved waste materials.
Placement Guidelines:
- Customer must ensure clear and safe access for delivery and pickup
- Placement must not block traffic, sidewalks, or utilities
- Dumpsters may not be moved once placed without authorization
Dumpster Rental Southeast is not responsible for damage to:
- Driveways
- Pavement
- Landscaping
- Underground utilities
unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
7. Permits & Local Regulations
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Obtaining any required permits
- Complying with city, county, or state regulations

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

- Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
- Delivery attempts already dispatched may be subject to charges
Refunds, if applicable, are determined on a case-by-case basis.
10. Long-Term & Commercial Rentals
Long-term rentals are available for construction sites, commercial properties, and ongoing projects.
- Pricing and pickup schedules are established in advance
- Customers must maintain safe and lawful use throughout the rental period
- Excessive contamination or misuse may result in termination of service
11. Limitation of Liability
